Visit to the Arena

On Friday, I had the day off and so I brought Sierra over for a very much needed visit to see her fans that ask about her every day. After the cat fight at the door about who would get to hold her first she was able to settle with Mira and Dan who had to leave first.

After this was the battle between Reena and Nickie. Nickie won for awhile and was able to get some good laughs in.


Reena got some cuddling in before we left for the day. She has been doing this head tilt lately that has been eating my heart. She does it a lot now when I am feeding her and then flashes me this sweet smile knowing that I am melting!

Sierra has now learned the art of bouncing up and down in her "saucer of fun". The best part is that she will do it on cue. Gotta watch the video to see this in action.

So she still loves playing with the bookshelf with all my DVD's and this night, she was just singing along and playing by herself and I had to grab the camera and videotape it. But she was happily doing this for like 20 minutes.

I'm still trying to catch everyone up with postings of pictures. I also have some videos too. She is at such a cute stage right now. I just cherish every moment with her in the mornings and evenings. Erik has to nudge me to put her to bed so that we stay consistent with her bed time. I hate it but I know it's good for her.


For Erik and Kerstin's B-day dinner we met with JoAnn, Nina, and Doug at Red Hook Brewery. Yum! Sierra's first time at a brewery. Starting her early. Here is her very awkward looking sleeping position. Still loves the butt in the air with her feet tucked underneath her.

Here are some older photo's that I have been meaning to post but have been crazy busy lately.



Sierra came to work and was a little tired but was happy to see Mira and Reena.



My Mom came to visit and saw Sierra's swim class and we also got to visit my Godmother Susan. She obviously was having a great time pulling Grandma's nose, mouth, hair, and whatever else she could latch onto.





I had to break down and buy Sierra a high chair. Feeding her solids these days was becoming more difficult. I am so glad I did it though because she loves it and it makes feeding her so much easier!



Daddy gave Sierra her very first cookie. She sucked on it for quite a long time which made for a cute picture and a happy baby!
